Getting Started

Who should participate?

Business unit leaders, heads of digital, innovation or transformation and managers who need to re-think and re-design how they will operate in the next few months going into 2021. Furloughed staff can join if they are happy to volunteer and learn new innovation techniques. You may also invite external individuals, such as people from partner organisations, customers or suppliers to apply an infectious innovation process. We recommend between 10-20 participants is best, working in teams of 3-5 people

How much time is required?

We alternate plenary sessions with free-time and individual work so that we don’t disrupt your current operations. Each participant should expect to devote 10-15 hours of work.

How will it work in practice?

We will run the hack using a suite of digital tools for video conferencing, virtual real-time whiteboarding, project and document management and remote collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Slack, adapting to your organisation’s preferred tools.
