We designed an experiential Strategic Innovation Leadership Programme to help the global executive leadership team of Sony Music Entertainment both learn and implement strategic innovation methods to create an innovation thesis for experimentation while fostering intrapreneurship.
We supported the innovation team of Pentland Brands to identify 12 innovation challenges. Then we designed and delivered a bespoke venture ideation sprint to address them, and provided dedicated venture coaching so that 3 innovation ideas have been added to the development pipeline.

We created a lean innovation roadmap for a hedge fund to achieve strategic growth and mindset shifts that would be needed to support its evolution.
We ran a half-day virtual Project Planning workshop with 6 leading food brands to help Imperial College London, Quadram Institute and John Innes Centre apply for a UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) grant to commercialise cutting-edge research to benefit public health.
We designed, organised and delivered a two-day Innovation Hack to rapidly translate UKRI and BBSRC-funded research into the food system to improve diabetes and cardiovascular disease prevention.
We have inspired researchers at the Institute of Cancer Research to develop their work into commercially viable products that can benefit patients and society at large through a two days Entrepreneurial Immersion Bootcamp.
We facilitated a weekend Hackathon to help students, researchers and staff at University College London to develop prototypes for an app that could delay or prevent dementia through encouraging lifestyle change, leading to increased quality of life, and prolonged independent living.
We ran a 1-day virtual ideation bootcamp with 25 diverse students from University College London to generate new ideas and gain entrepreneurial skills entirely via Microsoft Teams.
We have helped Imperial College London’s Quantum Technology researchers to develop and validate deep-tech business ideas during a one week Entrepreneurship Bootcamp.
Studio Zao helped the London School of Economics support students entrepreneurship whilst maximising social impact. We run a summer pre-accelerator for selected students.
We prepared and equipped students and researchers at UCL for a flagship entrepreneurial competition with a 2-day immersive bootcamp.
